He has taught thousands of students across the US how to wholesale and rehab properties, raise private capital, and build a portfolio of rental properties, and is a sought-out speaker at local and national

Real Estate conferences.

He is also the co-owner of APEX Title Group, where he is a licensed title producer, and co-owner of The REI Bros Real Estate education system.

He has co-authored three Best Selling books on business and Real Estate.

Shomail completed his undergrad at Rutgers College and graduated with Honors from the Executive MBA program at Rutgers Business School.
